Natalia Trikoz is a Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY Upstate Medical University. Natalia has a background in Primary Care and Sports Medicine. She understands the value of an individualized approach to achieve health. It is important to her that her patients fully understand their treatment options and have their questions answered. Jeffrey Koby, PA-C

Jeffrey Koby is a board certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of The College of West Virginia, Jeff has had a variety of experiences in Critical Care medicine, Women’s Health, and Primary Care.

As a Biochemistry major, Jeff has a special interest in hormone balance, nutrition, and exercise science. An avid cyclist who also enjoys high intensity weight training and playing guitar, Jeff looks forward to applying his knowledge and experience to help you reach your wellness goals.

 
 
 

Carol Sellwood, FNP-BC

Carol is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from James Madison University, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Carol's medical expertise is complemented by her impressive background as a former Division 1 college athlete in track and cross country at James Madison University. Her discipline and determination from being a student-athlete translates into her approach to developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Carol strives to empower her patients and help them to achieve their wellness goals.

In her free time, Carol enjoys running, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
