Dr JenNifer Ficher

Dr. Jennifer Fichera earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine.

She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida—one of the largest hospital systems in the country and the largest in Florida—where she gained strong experience in inpatient medicine and trained medical students and junior residents in primary care.

She also completed a traditional rotating internship at Broward General, giving her a broad foundation in multiple areas of clinical practice. Dr. Fichera holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

With over a decade of medical experience, Dr. Fichera now focuses her practice on hormone optimization and sexual wellness.

She is passionate about helping both men and women overcome hormone deficiencies, restore vitality, and improve their quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care.

Joy Groszczyk, PA

Joy Groszczyk is a certified Physician Assistant with extensive clinical experience in both preventive and restorative health care. She is passionate about helping patients feel their best through personalized treatment plans focused on longevity, hormonal balance, and overall wellness.

Joy combines her medical expertise with a deep commitment to patient-centered care, guiding both men and women through the process of hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and healthy aging.
