Anderson Longevity Clinic®•
Orlando, FL–Dr. Phillips

We provide personalized longevity treatments to help you optimize your health.

Tired, foggy, gaining weight, losing strength? Those are not things you have to accept with age.

Most people are told their labs are normal and sent home. We test deeper, explain what the numbers mean, and build a plan around your body and your goals.

Anderson Longevity Clinic combines advanced diagnostics with hormone optimization, peptides, weight loss, and regenerative treatments — delivered by board-certified providers who follow up.*

Common questions

What patients ask us first.

What is longevity medicine?
Longevity medicine focuses on how well you function and feel over time, not just on treating disease once it appears. It combines detailed lab testing with treatments like hormone optimization, peptide therapy, nutrition, and metabolic support to address the underlying causes of fatigue, weight gain, poor sleep, and declining strength.
How do I know if I have a hormone imbalance?
Common symptoms include persistent fatigue, low sex drive, poor sleep, brain fog, low mood, and changes in weight or muscle tone. For men this often points to low testosterone, while women may notice symptoms tied to perimenopause or menopause. Symptoms alone are not enough for a diagnosis — bloodwork measuring your hormone levels is required. Your provider interprets those results alongside your symptoms and history.
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit is a consultation and evaluation. You will discuss your symptoms, goals, and medical history with a provider, and lab work is ordered or drawn so there is objective data to work from. Treatment recommendations come after your results are back and have been reviewed with you — not before.
How long before I notice a difference?
It varies by person and by treatment. Some people notice changes in energy and sleep within the first few weeks, while changes in body composition and strength typically take longer and depend heavily on training and nutrition. Follow-up labs help confirm that your levels are responding as expected and let your provider adjust the plan.
Is treatment covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by plan, service, and location, and many longevity and hormone optimization services are not covered by insurance. Lab work is sometimes billable to insurance even when the visit is not. Contact your nearest clinic to discuss current pricing and payment options before your first appointment.
Do I have to come into the clinic for lab work?
Not always. Many patients have labs drawn at the clinic, but mobile lab services can be coordinated in some areas, and certain follow-up visits can be handled by telehealth where appropriate and permitted in your state. Availability varies by location.
