Carolyna Perez, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant and the first franchisee owner of an Anderson Longevity Clinic. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in BioMedical Sciences.
Her clinical expertise includes hormone optimization, sexual health, peptide therapies, medical weight management, injury treatments, and aesthetic therapies.
Carolyna blends evidence-based treatments with a highly personalized and compassionate approach to care. She is excited to bring her passion for proactive, root-cause medicine to the Sarasota community to help patients restore their balance, confidence, and vitality.
McKenna Baluch
McKenna Baluch, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background in primary care, dermatology, cardiology, and advanced wound care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and in Biomedical Science, providing a strong foundation in patient-centered care.
She specializes in longevity medicine, focusing on personalized strategies that promote healthy aging, wellness optimization, and enhanced quality of life. Her expertise includes hormone balancing for men and women, targeted peptide therapies, aesthetic offerings to achieve natural-looking beauty, metabolism management, and injury treatments.
